The former head of Naftogaz suing organization 1, 75 million dollars

The former head of " Naftogaz of Ukraine " Oleg Dubina through the courts won a state-owned 22, 7 million of financial assistance (about 1, 75 million dollars) for the effective management of state property ".
The court determined that the contents of the labour contract, which was signed in 2008 between the Club and the Ministry of energy does not contradict acts of civil law. This contract it was provided that the head of Naftogaz paid remuneration " for the effective management of state property " - at the expense of part of the profits remaining at the disposal of the organization. Thus, the amount of remuneration amounted to 1% of net profit, writes " Economic truth ". In June this year the club went to Court with a claim to the Naftogaz about collecting salaries. on July 25, the Court granted the specified action is not fully. For example, it was made a conclusion about collecting for the sake of Club 22, 678 million. Such amount under an employment contract, the former head of NAC was obliged to receive financial assistance for the effective management of state property in 2009. According to the report on financial results for 2009, the net profit of the company amounted to 2, 267 billion hryvnia (about $ 170 million). As underlined by the magazine, the lawyers of the company have plans to appeal this decision to the next level. Dubina was at the head of the NJSC " Naftogaz of Ukraine " from December 2007 to March 2010. Mentioned employment contract between the Club and the line Ministry was signed in November 2008.
