The world Bank has provided Ukraine almost $380 million on electricity
The Board of Directors of the world Bank blesed credit Ukraine 378, 43 million dollars to improve the transmission system and the development of the wholesale electricity market, said the press service of the Bank.

using credit Ukrenergo will be able to increase system reliability, reduce the number of rolling blackout, to improve the performance of the market, according to the Bank.

More than $ 48 million will be spent on development of systems for the transmission of energy derived from alternative sources, such as wind and solar generators. Another 2, 5 million dollars will be spent on institutional reforms in the profile Ministry of the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers.

The world Bank in 2014 blesed loans to Ukraine in the amount of up to 3, 5 billion dollars, of which 2, 5 billion has already been allocated for various projects. The entire investment portfolio of the Bank in Ukraine is More than 4, 6 billion and total liabilities of the government increased to 9 billion dollars.
