Gallup: the standard of living in Ukraine record fell over the last 9 years
Dissatisfaction with Ukrainians living in the country reached a record high level over the last 9 years, inform data international research organizations.
According to the results of research work, Ukrainians are not sure as in their personal future and the future of their country. Otpisanih were asked to estimate the current level of life on a scale from 0 to 10.
So, in the opinion of the respondents, the standard of living has deteriorated to 4. 3 points in 2014 - this is the lowest rate in Ukraine for the last 9 years. For comparison, last year people thought their own standard of living at 4, 8 points. 66% otpisanih share the opinion that the standard of living in the country has deteriorated.
Their perspectives on the future of Ukrainians decided on 5. 4 points out of 10, which is also one of the lowest in the country in recent years.
The current situation in Ukraine, respondents see in even worse condition: 3 points out of 10 in comparison with the 4 points in the past year. It is noted that in the southern and Eastern regions of the country received chart 2. 8 points.
Anyway, the population sees a possible improvement of the situation in the next 5 years. About this is demonstrated by the increased performance of up to 4. 8 points in comparison with last year's 4. 4 points. However, such expectations shared by only the residents of Central and Northern areas. On the South and East of Ukraine data deteriorated with 4. 6 in 2013 to 4. 2 in 2014.

the most pessimistic chart, bypassed even indices in the period of global economic recession, was delivered to the Ukrainian economy: 77% otpisanih believe that the economic situation is getting worse, while only 4% believe that it is improving.
The survey was conducted in the period September to October 2014 in all regions of Ukraine with the exception of the Crimea and the new Russia. The survey involved about a thousand people aged fifteen years.
