Iran has agreed to all inspections of MAGATE and other international inspections on stipulation that they will be conducted within the bounds of international right.
This was announced by head of National Security Council of Islamic republic Ali Laridjani during negotiations in Moscow.
Along with that he supports position of Iranian government disputing moratorium on works for uranium enrichment. "There is a need for moratorium in case of threat. At present moment we are on the stage of investigations, our activity is clear", - said Laridjani. He hopes that Moscow negotiations will return situation around Iranian nuclear problem to "rational course".
From his turn, the head of Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov is convinced in compromise decision of Iranian nuclear program. "To do so Iran must return to moratorium and accept Russian suggestion for establishment of joint enterprise for uranium enrichment on Russian territory, which will be supported by Council of MAGATE managers", - emphasized the minister.
USA and EU accuse Iran of nuclear program use for atomic bomb production. Teheran denies these accusations and declares that program follows only peaceful purposes. By demand of USA side MAGATE informed UNO Security Council about Iranian nuclear program.
Iran threatens with independent uranium enrichment in case of economic sanctions application by Security Council. Russia and China disputes sanctions and pressure on Teheran.
All members of negotiations should make their mind before March 6, 2005, when a decisive session of MAGATE Council will be held.
