The Russian side stressed that the risks to its economy from the agreement remain due to the fact that Ukraine has begun to apply a number of decisions of the contract in terms of standardization, technical regulations and phytosanitary standards.

Concerns on the Russian side caused five blocks of questions. the 1st concerns the liberalization of customs tariffs between Ukraine and the EU, the second block is associated with a technical regulation, third - veterinary and phytosanitary measures, the customs administration and the fifth with energy.
