The company "Crocus international", part of Crocus Group Aras Agalarov, it is strongly requested in the arbitration court of Moscow more than 1 billion roubles from the Ministry of Finance and a number of other departments. In the structures of the entrepreneur believe that the same amount they did not receive it, for the erection of a number of objects on the island of Russian in Primorsky Krai.
The dispute was formed as a result of differences in valuation erected by order of the Federal authorities of the far Eastern Federal University. Taking into account the opinion of the plaintiff, the General contractor of the project, the client paid him in full.
The suit was brought to court in early April 2014, but in early August, the proceedings were temporarily halted for the judicial construction and technical expertise, says RIA Novosti. Experts have determined the value produced by the developer of the works, then the Tribunal re-started production.
In the course of the proceedings the plaintiff has reduced claims subject to the findings of the examination. With the initial 1.4 billion rubles amount of the claim was reduced to approximately 1.1 billion.
The total area of completed projects development company Crocus Group exceeds 4 million sq m. among the objects of the company - multi-function, exhibition and shopping malls, residential and commercial real estate, objects of transport infrastructure.
