The issue of renaming of streets in the self-proclaimed Donetsk people's Republic is considered as premature, told reporters the head of the National Council DND Andrey Purgin.
"It's premature. To talk about something, because It may not happen tomorrow. This will solve the people's Council or city officials. But I would go through a referendum, the citizens themselves decided to rename the street or not, " He said.
He added that the killed Ukrainian writer and journalist Oles Buzina worthy of his name was named street.
"He deserves it, He was the leader of the opinions of a large number of citizens and killing him Is shot in the dialogue, which He led in order to detect the consensus in the conflict. But This is not our hero, " said Purgin.
