Poland considers the possibility of providing Ukraine with military support in the field in case of escalation of the conflict in the East of the state, said the foreign Minister of Poland Grzegorz Schetyna, a speech in the Sejm of Poland.
Minister of foreign Affairs of Poland on Thursday spoke in the Polish Parliament with annual information on the priorities of Polish foreign policy.
"We can't exclude that in case of a re-escalation of hostilities in the East of Ukraine) jointly with our followers will make a conclusion about the extension of support to the Ukrainian country, and among them his defense," said Schetyna.
The foreign Minister of Poland also made the retention of sanctions against Russia and an increase in the number of international observers in Ukraine.
The Ukrainian authorities began in April last year in the Donbass military operation against dissatisfied with the coup d'etat of residents of the region.
