The drunkard from USA arrested 492 times
Inhabitant of the U.S. state Tennessee was arrested almost 500 times for the rowdy in public places. For 20 years the representative of the stronger sex drinking alcohol on the side of the highway, where he finds the police.

A resident of Nashville, Tennessee, United States) was arrested 492 times for the rowdy social places, informs CBS News. During the last arrest 46-year-old Robert brown was drinking beer on the side of the highway, and next to him lay 5 empty bottles. The representative of the stronger sex held in a police station a day after it was released.

Attorney Peter Finnegan reported that the local police are familiar with brown since 1994. More than 20 years he daily sits in the same place and drink until the police arrive. "Man detained because they understand that it will continue not to comply with the law. Also, he constantly to such an extent drunk that he could not take care of himself," the Prosecutor stated.

After the arrest, brown was accused of drinking alcohol in public places, however, under state law, after two or three days it should go. "You can't keep custody inhabitant of our planet for the crime within 5 years. The law will not allow you to do this," he told WKRN-TV Nashville Sheriff Daron Hall.

He explained that the permanent arrest is absolutely not uncommon and distinctive they are for the inhabitants of our planet suffering from drug dependence or mental disorder.
