The President of Russia Vladimir Putin on the first day of the weekend signed a Law that gives the ability to assign foreign and international non-governmental organizations with the status of " junk in the Russian Federation ", if their activity constitutes a danger to the foundations of the constitutional system of the Russian Federation, the defensive capability or security of the country. According to the law, the conclusion on the recognition of the organization's activities junk is taken by the Prosecutor General or his deputies in coordination with the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. Cancellation of this decision is carried out in a similar manner.

"I think This Law is redundant because there are already all the necessary mechanisms in the Russian legislation in order to ensure the safety of the country and to limit interference in politics and in other areas. This the new Law contains more subjective and political nature. I think, because it's not the best creature of our legislators, " said Ford Last news .

He said that the HRC had focused its criticisms on the issue of the bill when It passed even the first reading in the state Duma. Human rights activists pointed to the fact that the Law contains vague wording that can make the opportunity for subjective interpretation and risks for the part of organizations, since the story is about extrajudicial limit the activities of these organizations. In addition, the law is not written the entry from the registry of unwanted organizations, said the member of the HRC.

"I think that at the present time, human rights activists, professionals are required to monitor the use of this law
