Russia will not allow any conspiracy behind the DPRK's nuclear dilemma, said the Ambassador of the Foreign Ministry on certain assignments Grigory Logvinov. It was also suggested that North Korea is considered a mandatory part of the six-party talks on the nuclear dilemma Peninsula.
"No conspiracies behind it is not, we categorically won't allow it", - said Grigory Logvinov during the 25th session of the informal dialogue on cooperation in northeast Asia with the participation of the followers of the scientific community and government officials of countries in the region in Tokyo. As the diplomat noted, the idea is to provide "real concerns of all parties."
"We wish to continue the dialogue with all parties, not pretend to the truth in the last instance, ready to listen to our partners and, obviously, the North Korean side is an integral part of the negotiation process", - quotes Logvinova RIA Novosti.
Recall that the six-party talks on the nuclear dilemma, with the participation of high-ranking diplomats from Russia, China, the United States, Japan, the DPRK and South Korea were initiated in Beijing in 2003, in order to prevent the emergence of the atomic bomb Pyongyang. Fearing danger from the United States, the DPRK secretly created and in 2006 held the 1st testing of nuclear weapons. The negotiations were terminated without achieving any of the goals. Russia and a number of other dialogue participants are in favour of its restoration.
