Whiskey was the secret of longevity
The oldest inhabitant of England celebrated her 111th birthday. The representative of the stronger sex shared their secrets to a long life stressing that to stay in shape helps him sleep and not less than a good whiskey.

The other day the oldest inhabitant of England Nazar Singh celebrated her 111th birthday. At the ceremony, the representative of the stronger sex of Indian origin, after drinking a mug of beer and a glass of whiskey, told how he managed to live so long, tells The Mirror.

It turns out that to live more than a century, he helped that he slept a lot, she led a healthy lifestyle and, oddly enough, drinking whiskey. With all this, the elder stressed that this directly Scottish alcoholic drink is considered to be the secret of his long life.

Son birthday Chain Singh Gill said also that his father is sleeping 10 hours a night, loves to drink milk and almond oil, and often eat the fruit. "I constantly call each other, occasionally twice a day, and constantly in an excellent mood," he shared a 62-year-old representative of the stronger sex. To own 111 years of Nazar Singh never done almost any operation, he still perfect hearing and even survived a few of their own teeth.

According to family members of the survivor, recently, an old representative of the stronger sex I almost died from the infection, but he was able to cope with the disease. Birthday Singh said in a quiet family circle in India, where he had gone in early 2015.

Nazar Singh was born on 8 June 1904 in not a very large village in India. With 10 years he helped the family to grow sugar cane, cotton, corn, wheat and other crops. Throughout existing life survivor was a great admirer of gardening. And only 4 years ago ceased to engage in the garden.

In 1965, the representative of the stronger sex family moved to Britain, where almost 25 years worked in a foundry. Singh realized that he is the oldest man in England after he received a letter from Queen Elizabeth II on its own 100th birthday.
