Poroshenko promised before the end of the session to submit to the Verkhovna Rada the project of changes to the Constitution

The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko plans before the end of the current parliamentary session, which ends in July, to submit to Parliament the draft changes to the Constitution in terms of decentralization.
