MOSCOW, June 18 - RIA Novosti/Prime. In Ukraine from June 18, entered into force a Law allowing the banks to return deposits previously specified in the contract, the relevant document was published the day before in the newspaper " Governmental courier ".
in mid-may, the Verkhovna Rada adopted the draft law? 1195 " On introducing changes to certain legislative acts of Ukraine on the terms of repayment of term deposits ". The proper decision was supported by 243 MP with 226 needed.
According to the former Ukrainian legislation, customers of credit institutions could take their own contribution or part of it on demand. Now the banks have the opportunity to refuse their customers in return of term deposits previously stipulated time, if such possibility is not provided by the contract.
The law does not apply to the agreements of term Bank Deposit, which were concluded before its entry into force, i.e. until 18 June 2015.
