The weather center has reported that in the Central regions of European Russia spotted morning frosts. Professionals explained that this weather phenomenon is absolutely not typical for June: air temperature significantly below normal.

About the night of 18 June temperatures in the region ranged from 4 to 9 degrees. And in Tver and Smolensk regions in the morning the air cooled down to minus 1 degree on the earth's surface temperature was minus 2 degrees.
