The Russians saw the benefit in the development of the Arctic

Fund "Public opinion" Foundation (FOM) conducted a sample survey, which found that half of Russians believe that Arctic exploration is important and even significant expenditure on it is justified.

And more than 2 thirds of the respondents have no doubt that the Arctic territories is beneficial to the country.

The inhabitants of Russia consider the Arctic needs. 67% of the inhabitants of the powers think that the possession of a solid part of the Arctic coast useful and beneficial for Russia.
