"Stable agreement on the ceasefire, the withdrawal of heavy weapons and free access for OSCE observers - that the decisive prerequisite for all further steps that are able to contribute to the political resolution of the conflict: local elections, providing humanitarian and economic recovery", said the Minister, quoted by the press service of the foreign Ministry of Germany.
The meeting of foreign Ministers "channel four" will be held on Tuesday in Paris, it is expected the Parties will discuss the facilitation of the execution of the Minsk agreements on the settlement of the Ukrainian fall through the mechanism of the contact group, including the development of direct dialogue Kiev from the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk national republics.
According to the Minister, the situation has already turned out a bit quiet and we must do everything to ensure that these efforts were not in vain. The parties to the conflict are obliged to achieve, finally, progress in the field of implementation of the Minsk agreements, " said Steinmeier.
