The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko hopes that Kiev until Friday will receive written findings by the Venetian Council on the draft changes to the Constitution of the country in terms of decentralization of power.
the head of Poroshenko in March this year signed the order about creation of the constitutional Commission, which has been drafting changes to the Main law of the country. The speaker of Parliament last week, said that one of the working groups within the Commission drafted amendments to the Constitution in the part of the decentralization reforms, which include a three-tier system of local government. Project changes sent for examination to the Venice Commission.
