"I will offer MPs Not to prorogue Parliament. We can't declare no vacations - we have no time to relax. Not those times. The country expects the Parliament to take urgent and vitally major decisions. There are many issues that must be worked out in committees, among them changes to the Constitution. When the draft legislation will convene a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada and make them into the hall for a vote, " wrote Groisman.
