Ukraine allows for the participation of companies from the CIS in the consortium to manage the GTS
The Minister of energy and coal industry of Ukraine Volodymyr demchyshyn considers it necessary to make a cartel to manage the Ukrainian gas transportation system (GTS) involving organizations from Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan.
