The write-off will be may be, if the total payments on the loan prior to the entry into force of the law exceeded 15% of the principal amount.
"I saw populist politicians who are trying to please one or another part of society, risking the existence of financial-banking system, the stability of the economy and handing out false promises, clearly realizing that it is unfair for the funds provided by all taxpayers to meet the needs of 65 thousand, that is no more than a tenth of a percent," said Poroshenko in conversation
