The head of Brazil Dilma Rousseff said her country is not experiencing any pressure from the outside because of the close partnership relations with Russia.
"We don't feel any pressure. We in Brazil are against the holding of any policy, which is based on punishment. We, in Latin America, there is an extremely sad experience - namely penalties against Cuba, which is now trying to recover the (diplomatic) Relations, " he said in the interview to a TV channel.
