On 13 July the head of the diplomatic missions of Australia, Belgium, the Netherlands, Malaysia and Ukraine were taken to the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation upon request. During the meeting with Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Gennady Gatilov they stated the position in favor of the establishment of the international Tribunal for the crash of the Malaysian airplane MH-17 and the adoption with the aim of addressing the resolution of the UN security Council on the basis of the head VII of the UN Charter (action concerning the danger of the world).
Authorized the aforementioned countries told about the intention to discuss this initiative in the framework of the UN in new York in the early establishment of the international Tribunal without waiting for the completion of ongoing technical and criminal investigations of the crash of MH-17.
