Broadcaster citing a source who has seen the Draft final report by Dutch investigators, said that the blame for the collapse of the Malaysian Boeing in Ukraine will lay on the militia and airline.
The final report of the security Council of the Netherlands on the causes of the disaster will be placed in the first part of October 2015. Flight MH17, flying from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur crashed in the Donetsk region on July 17, 2014. In the cabin there were 298 people, most of them Dutch citizens. All of them lost his life.
