The Deputy from LDPR Andrey Svintsov had offered to return to the Russian Federation initiative Deposit of the price of a package which was in the USSR. Adept of the liberal democratic party has already prepared appropriate amendments to the Federal law "On wastes of production and consumption". The document stipulates that manufacturers and importers of products will have to re-apply container by the method of introduction of deposits on it.
