The Dutch strain of the idea of the Rosselkhoznadzor

Under embargo can get flowers and other plant products from Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Italy, Poland, Lithuania and Latvia.

Prohibition may be imposed against those States who certify flowers grown in the Netherlands, and do not provide the security of their supplies to the Russian Federation.
