Russia regrets that the organizers of establishing an international Tribunal to bring to justice those guilty in the crash Boeing in the airspace of Ukraine jumped to making its own draft resolution to the vote.

Our persistent explanation of the untimely and counterproductive such a step without precedent in the past, and also long before the completion of the ongoing investigation of the events of the crash, were not accepted", - said in a statement the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Russia.
"In these circumstances, the Russian Federation, in every possible way trying to prevent a split in the UN security Council and put the issue in a constructive direction, decided to skip imposed by the Security Council politicized decision by voting against it," added the foreign Ministry. Therefore managed to avoid unnecessary politicization of the investigation and to get a chance into the open publication of the results of the work of international commissions.
"I would like once again to prove our commitment to thorough and impartial international investigation into the crash of a Malaysian Jumbo jet. Russia will continue its best efforts in providing all kinds of assistance to the investigation", - stressed the Foreign Ministry.
"Since the adoption of the UN Security Council on July 21, 2014 resolution 2166, which remains the only optimal for all a framework for international cooperation in the interests of an independent and transparent investigation into the sinking of the liner, our power is repeatedly put forward proposals in favour of full exploitation of the potential of SA in support of ongoing investigations," said the Ministry. Only full implementation of this resolution will allow us to understand who is guilty and must suffer the sanction, Moscow believes.
Remember, at the meeting of the UN Security Council for adoption of the draft resolution on the establishment of the international Tribunal for Boeing crash in the airspace of Ukraine voted 11 States. 3 members - China, Venezuela and Angola abstained.
