The schedule has not changed. Subsequent changes in September. Technical mission are nonstop here, " said the Deputy Minister.
according to his statement, the program has 3 clear option." This is, firstly, the need to conserve fifteen, $ 3 billion for balance of payments in the period of the program (due to the debt restructuring - ed.). Secondly, the point that by 2020 the national debt is not required to exceed 71% of GDP, and starting in 2019, his service is not required to cost the economy more than 10% per year. These characteristics remained unchanged, " he listed Shevelev.
the national debt of Ukraine is about 70 billion dollars, of which about 40 billion foreign debt. The authorities have been conducting a dialogue with creditors to write off 40% of the principal amount of the debt, which is just fifteen billion dollars.
