The CPS found tuberculosis in a "roundabout"
The CPS and the FAS found a large number of violations in the common grocery networks. The most horrible of them are found in the "roundabout", where inspectors found expired products, unsanitary food storage and even the employee suffering from tuberculosis.

After clarification of the trade network "Auchan", where the inspectors of the Rosselkhoznadzor found that 89% of the production does not match the actual composition, under the control of Supervisory bodies and the company got X5 Retail Group, which includes trading network Karusel Perekrestok and Pyaterochka. Despite all this, the adepts of the CPS already inundated the courts with claims to some of the above mentioned retail chains.

Namely, the inspectors have already found in shopping centres firms low-quality products, unsanitary food storage, workers with infectious diseases. So, for example, is an unprecedented case was revealed by professionals of the office of Rospotrebnadzor in the Ryazan region in the winter of 2015. Became aware of it only at the moment when the administrative case was heard in the court of Arbitration in the region. During the audit inspector of the Supervisory authority visited one of the shopping malls of the Pyaterochka group X5 Retail Group. In the trading room and utility room, where the repair was done, when examining the working of Azerbaijan turns out that he was sick with tuberculosis.

In addition, the inspectors learned that during renovations the Mall continued to work in normal mode, and 13 employees of "the five", who were engaged in the transportation, warehousing and sale of goods, contact with sick repairman, inform "news". In these circumstances the CPS has applied to the Tribunal, accusing the firm in a consistent order sales.

Besides, having considered the administrative case, the Arbitral Tribunal Ryazan region did not support the claim of the Department of Rospotrebnadzor. However state officials filed an appeal and hope that they will prove in court the guilt of the entrepreneurs. At the same time, litigation oversight bodies with the adepts of the company X5 Retail Group and are in the Sverdlovsk region.

Regional arbitration court at the beginning of June, considered the lawsuit of the CPS in based on materials held in April-may 2015 checks shopping malls "Perekrestok", "Karusel" and "roundabout" in the city of Yekaterinburg. Where the auditors have taken for the study were in the trading halls of the milk, sausage, sour cream, butter. By examining these products, experts have learned that they are not suitable for implementation, and a danger to the living inhabitants of our planet.

So, for example, investigated by inspectors curd "Cool" turned out to be sour and with a foreign smell, and in cooked sausage, experts identified cells guar gum. According to the CPS, it is considered a violation of applicable standard for the production of cooked sausages and such products must be withdrawn from sale. This time the adherents of the office, the process won, and Sverdlovsk arbitration Tribunal ordered the company to pay a fine of 100 thousand rubles.

However, in law enforcement suggested that it is unlikely to solve the situation. Regional law enforcement authorities stressed that entrepreneurs from X5 Retail Group easier to pay fines and to feed the inhabitants of our planet expired products, rather than to follow the laws.
