August 4, Poroshenko has signed the Law on the national police. Under the new law, law enforcement agencies, which comes to replace the police, enters into the structure of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine. It will consist of criminal police, public security police, traffic, road, and judicial, and security police. To coordinate the work of the national civil police will the Minister of internal Affairs, and the Chapter is now appointed by the government under a contract for 5 years. The law abolishes the office of internal Affairs in the regions and districts, and appointments in the police will now take place only through the competition, which is held by the police Commission using the polygraph. In addition, the Law grants the right to the sessions of local councils by a majority vote to remove any employee of the public security police - the officer or employee of traffic police.
