"Poroshenko's still trying to exclude from the process of negotiations Russia and, maybe, this is one of his attempts," - said Zakharchenko.
The problem of settlement of the Ukrainian fall under negotiation in different formats, for example, in the "Normandy format" (Russia, France, Germany, Ukraine).
