Chapter DND: Poroshenko is trying to exclude Russia from the negotiation process
The upcoming trilateral meeting of the presidents of Ukraine, France and Germany - this is another attempt by the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko to exclude the Russian Federation from the negotiation process, said on Wednesday correspondents the head of the DND Alexander Zakharchenko.

"Poroshenko's still trying to exclude from the process of negotiations Russia and, maybe, this is one of his attempts," - said Zakharchenko.
The problem of settlement of the Ukrainian fall under negotiation in different formats, for example, in the "Normandy format" (Russia, France, Germany, Ukraine). In the Polish capital was proposed to move the dialogues in the " Geneva format ", i.e. when the support of the USA and Poland as neighbouring Russia and Ukraine in the country.
However, agreements to stop the fire turned out to only be achieved in Minsk during the meeting of the contact group with the mediation of Russia and the OSCE. Currently permanent venue for meetings of the contact group Ukraine-Russia-OSCE with the authorized Donetsk and Lugansk national republics is Minsk. The contact group in Minsk since September of last year already took 3 of the document governing the steps to de-escalate the conflict.
