Yevtushenko is preparing for heart surgery
The famous poet Yevgeny Yevtushenko was in the hospital. 83-year-old writer is prepared for the installation of a pacemaker.

Yevgeny Yevtushenko is located in one of capital hospitals. He was forced to apply to the doctors feeling unwell: the actor was struggling with breathing. According to reliable information sources, medical professionals recommend Yevtushenko to install a pacemaker, and is currently the poet being prepared for major surgery, reports LifeNews.

Six months ago, 83-year-old writer had a heart attack after the speech in Rostov-on-don. As we were informed Days.Roo, he slipped into the hotel and hit his head. After that Yevtushenko was taken by ambulance to the emergency room and two days later behind him flew a special flight from Moscow. The poet was brought to the research Institute named after Burdenko in a state of moderate severity.

Later health Yevtushenko deteriorated, he denied leg or two year ago was amputated and he was transferred to intensive care and other medical institutions, and medical professionals gathered a Council. Later the doctors were able to restore a patient's condition, and he was discharged. Now, apparently, the situation is much worse - the poet will put the pacemaker.

Yevgeny Yevtushenko - winner of multiple literary awards, such as the State prize of the USSR, the author of several collections of poetry and prose, several screenplays. His works have been translated into more than 70 languages of the world. Russian President Vladimir Putin on 16 March 2004 awarded the literary award "For merits before Fatherland" III degree.
