The United States is going to send to Europe the latest F-22 Raptor. Taking into account the opinion of the American authorities the aircraft of the 5th generation will have to strengthen the security of the allies.
American Minister of the armed Deborah Lee James told about what the United States has intentions on Europe. According to the head of the military Department United States want to move to Europe new fighters of the 5th generation F-22 in the framework of the "Initiative on European security".
With all this, the Minister did not specify when happen the movement of military equipment and exactly where the planes will be oriented . James just told that it happens pretty quickly, informs RIA Novosti.
Among other things it stated that American pilots under the program for the security of Europe will hold a workout together with partners and allies. The Minister explained that a similar exercise will need to support them (European armed forces - Approx.Ed.,) and to demonstrate a commitment to security and stability in Europe".
Recall that U.S. President Barack Obama on 3 June 2014 approved announced an "Initiative on European security". In the framework of the program on strengthening of military presence of the United States, air force and Navy in Europe dedicated billion.
