Yevtushenko after surgery flying in the USA
Yevgeny Yevtushenko was released from the hospital, where he had his pacemaker. According to his assistant Alexander, the poet will soon be flying to the United States.

"I'm taking Evgeny Alexandrovich from the hospital now. He feels cheerfully, already speaks of works, outlines the work," said Alexander. "Approximately September 7, he will fly to the United States" - quoted by TASS. Add that to the United States Yevtushenko lives and teaching since 1991.
