The head of the OSCE agitates to an agreement on the diversion of weapons in the Donbass
The head of the OSCE Minister of foreign Affairs of Serbia Ivica Dacic agitates the parties to the conflict in Eastern Ukraine for the speedy conclusion of a Treaty on the withdrawal of weapons with a caliber of 100 millimeters, according to a statement released Wednesday press release from the organization.
"A full cessation of hostilities and the withdrawal of weapons that can be tested, are substantial for the end of hostilities, prevent further casualties among civilians and return to normal life, the most for those who are especially affected by this along the line of contact," said the head of the OSCE after the meeting with his representative in the tripartite contact group Martin Sajdik and head of the special monitoring mission in Ukraine Artpool Apakan.
Dacic addressed to the parties with the request to urgently conclude the agreement on the withdrawal of tanks and other weapons with a caliber of 100 millimeters within the required monitoring and verification process, according to a report.
