Lenovo goes Russian processors
Chinese electronics manufacturer Lenovo plans to launch the production of PC and phones based on domestic CPU "Baikal". This information confirms the Ministry of industry and trade, but neither component parts, neither the timing nor the size of the likely supply is still unknown.

As informs the newspaper "Vedomosti", Lenovo is negotiating with a Russian company "T-platforms" on the possible use in personal products processors, released its subsidiary company "Baikal electronics". The CEO of Lenovo in Russia, CIS and Eastern Europe Gleb Mishin has approved the information, adding that we are talking about mobile devices and personal computers.

With all this adept Chinese firms did not disclose data on the timing and possible supplies, also called the place of production devices on the basis of Russian processors, citing a confidentiality agreement. By 2020 the company plans to produce 5 million processors.
