The Chairman of the Committee on foreign relations, Parliament of Georgia Tedo Japaridze has asked Ukraine to evaluate the words of Mikhail Saakashvili, who condemned the Georgian judicial reform. The diplomat said that Tbilisi does not want to quarrel with Kiev in consequence of the statements of the mayor of Odessa.
The former mayor of Tbilisi Gigi Ugulava, who is accused of embezzlement of state funds, was released from custody on September 17. It happened after the constitutional Tribunal overturned the rule on prolonged pretrial decision.
