Turchynov: in the Donbas there is a tendency to remission of the conflict
Secretary of Council of national security and defence (NSDC) of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov said on the last working day of the week that in Donbass there is a tendency to remission of the conflict.
On Tuesday in Minsk agreement was initialed the withdrawal of certain weapons a caliber of 100 millimeters and tanks from the frontline in Donbass. On Wednesday all sides have signed the contract. 1st phase of allotment shall commence upon a finding of a complete ceasefire in the Donbas.
"The General tendency to remission of the conflict," Turchynov said During a visit to a military unit in Kiev oblast. He said that during the month in the conflict area in fact is not fighting.
The Ukrainian authorities in April of last year began military action against the self-proclaimed LNR and DND.
