Heaviest tariff increases on products and services to the people of Russia have discovered in the sphere of housing and communal services, according to the poll. Besides all this, the townspeople noted the increase in the prices of meat, sugar and milk.

By estimations of the Russian population, the rate of increase of tariffs is much lower than it was at the beginning of the year, but continues to be visible.
Most significantly, according to data from the outcomes study social opinion, increased utility bills - increase in the prices of offers of housing noted 82% of the respondents. Additionally many people in Russia found an increase of tariffs for meat - 79%. The price increase of sugar was observed 73% of respondents, and milk and dairy products - 72%.
The price growth of bakery products has experienced 65% of the Russian population, as many have discovered the growth of prices for vegetables and fruits. The rise in price of cereals and pasta explained 64% of the respondents. Transport costs were not such a sore topic for residents of Russia. So, public transport has become more expensive by remark 41% of respondents. The same revealed that the cost remained at the same level. The rising prices of gasoline cited by 67% of inhabitants of Russia.
"Despite the slowdown in increase of tariffs, goods and products continue to rise. More pronounced growth of prices in Moscow, but also the standard of living is higher," said the head of research projects of socio-political studies VTSIOM Julia Baskakova.
"Most significantly, that the rate increase is noted, to begin with, the poorest groups of the population - those who cannot, to cheaper food and goods. Them noticeable even for not very large at first glance, the changes - simply because for every ruble. The problem is that this is a very wide segment of Russians - thirty-percent of respondents who have enough cash only for food and who barely makes ends", she added.
And yet, the topic of increasing tariffs has to be done for residents of Russia sharp. So, according to analysis conducted by the company "Medialogia", the theme of "tariff escalation" in Russian mass media went to regress. In just 2015, she mentioned more 361,6 thousand times with 2 peaks in January (55 thousand messages) and February (63,5 thousand news).
