The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed a decree on the establishment of the Centre for research of problematic issues in relations with the Russian Federation.
"The center is formed from the National Institute for strategic studies /NISHI/ as an independent Department for system analysis of problem issues in relations with the Russian Federation, elaboration of proposals for realization of national interests of Ukraine ", - reported in the report on the Internet representation of the President of Ukraine.
President of the Centre will be appointed to the position of Director of the National Institute for strategic studies. The main tasks of the Centre will include development of practical recommendations for the formation and implementation of Ukrainian state policy concerning the Russian Federation." The Central research questions will function as an independent structural unit of the National Institute for strategic studies with a clear specialization, as provided in the Charter NISHI, " - noted on the Internet representation. Explaining the development of the Center, Deputy head of the presidential administration Konstantin Eliseev said that " the main goal of the Center will be a scientific-analytical development and applied research of topical issues of cooperation with Russia, most importantly in the context of the relevant provision of activity of the President of Ukraine ", transfers news Agency.
