The human rights center "memorial" has identified factual errors and contradictions in the prosecution in the case of members of UNA-UNSO in Grozny, the consideration of which was continued on the first day of the week in the Supreme court of the Chechen Republic, informs a press-service of the organization.

"Comparing them among themselves and with external independent sources, we have identified a large number of factual errors and contradictions in the description of the events in Grozny at the end of 1994 and early 1995," according to the report of human rights center.
"Factual errors, inaccuracies, and absurdities, which is filled with the indictment, enables us to summarize the insolvency of the allegations in General ", - informs the press service of " Memorial ".
Karpyuk and Clich are charged with leadership and participation in the gang, murder 2 and no less than persons, as well as attempted murder 2 and no less persons in connection with the exercise of his duty. It was aimed in the Supreme court of the Chechen Republic for examination on the merits.
