according to the Ministry of defence, Hg drew attention to the preparedness of the OSCE special monitoring mission to help normalize the situation in the East of the country.
The parties agreed on the exchange of information on problems aimed at unconditional implementation of the Minsk Protocol and Memorandum, in the context of withdrawal from the separation line of the weapon of certain caliber and rapid response to violations of the ceasefire regime within Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
The chief of the General staff assured that the Ukrainian side adheres to taken on their own shoulders obligations in respect of procedure and rules of storage of weapons that have been withdrawn from the demarcation line.
From 1 September in the Donbass entered into force another truce. At the end of September was signed the agreement about the withdrawal of weapons with a caliber of not more than 100 millimeters and tanks from the frontline. This process ended on 12 November.
