The essence of the claim that since 2013, Russia, in the opinion of the Ukrainian side, unreasonably restricts the supply of wagons from Ukraine. The limits relate to the Kryukov railway car building enterprises, enterprises of Dnipropetrovsk switch, "Azovzagalmash" and the Kharkiv machine-building enterprise.
