State Duma speaker Sergei Naryshkin has lifted the veil of secrecy over the letter of the President to the Federal Assembly. Announced domestic Director proposals will be associated with both external challenges and internal problems, he said.
The President of Russia Vladimir Putin in the message to the Federal Assembly, which he will announce on December 3, will submit proposals on the theme of combating international terrorism, and would announce measures to stimulate financial growth, protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens, social protection of inhabitants of Russia. This opinion was expressed by Chairman of the state Duma Sergey Naryshkin. The view was also expressed that the presidential abstracts will complement the agenda of the lower house of Parliament.
According to Naryshkin, Putin's message on the Day of the lawyer will be especially symbolic. All society expects from leaders "not only important and accurate political assessments but also suggestions that will add to the agenda of the state Duma in the foreseeable future", said the speaker of the lower house of Parliament.
