Typhoon "Chaba" struck the Korean Peninsula from the South. After passing over the sea thousands of miles away, he has not lost his power. Gusts of wind in the center of the storm exceeded 250 km/h combined with the strong rainfall Typhoon in a matter of minutes turned the South Korean city in the disaster zone. Due to breakage of power lines the blackout has covered about 25 thousand homes. The streets turned into a river channel, which the sea carried away cars and entire houses.
Paralyzed all modes of transport: flights cancelled, road traffic is blocked, high-speed trains halted, ports closed. The hurricane was cut off from the quay a ferry with people.
