Two passengers were removed from the plane of airline"Delta" in London on Wednesday. The airline launched an investigation and a flurry of reviews appeared in social media.
One of the passengers, a self-proclaimed star of a video on YouTube is immediately posted a video claiming that the airline crew turn against him because he spoke Arabic. Delta issued a statement, referring to the fact that the passenger was detained because of a violation of flight rules. Delta said that applies to claims of discrimination seriously, and works to treat everyone with respect and collect information before coming to any conclusion. In a statement the airline did not indicate who was responsible for the accident, "the result of more than 20 clients have expressed discomfort."
Video posted on Twitter shows as 23-year-old Adam Saleh and his friend had been landed from the plane. "We were talking in another language on the plane and us for it was fired," said Saleh, when the plane waited for departure. "You guys are racists. I can't believe my eyes. I can't believe it." He said that he spoke in Arabic during a telephone conversation with his mother.
Speaking of the captain, Saleh said, "He knew that if he left us there, they (passengers) would suit a commotion." It is not clear who made the decision to remove two men from the flight. London's Metropolitan police came to the door. But there were no arrests.
Press-Secretary of "Delta" told CNN: "We are conducting a full review to understand what happened. We take allegations of discrimination very seriously, our culture requires to treat others with respect." The airline said it planned to interview crew and passengers. "Maintaining a safe, comfortable and orderly environment on Board is paramount for each flight and requires the cooperation of all our customers in conjunction with the observance of the directions of our crew members."
