According to the representative of the Ministry of internal Affairs Najib Danisha, the explosion was a terrorist attack, which occurred near the German Embassy. The Ministry of health reported that the injured people were taken to various hospitals.
"By the grace of God members of the Indian Embassy was not damaged in the explosion in Kabul," tweeted the foreign Minister of India Sushma Swaraj.
