The 40-year-old singer has two-year-old twins Max and Emme with husband Marc Anthony. She loves being a wife and a mother, but admits settling down and having a family is more difficult than she expected.
"To be honest, I`m figuring it out as I go along," Jennifer said. "You have to give attention to your family and your marriage every day. Kids are the priority."
Jennifer`s next project is romantic comedy The Back-Up Plan, in which she plays a woman who decides to have a baby alone after becoming sick of waiting for Mr. Right. She meets the perfect man just days after becoming pregnant via artificial insemination and spends the rest of the film trying to sort out her complicated love life. Jennifer loved making the movie, and found it extremely easy to shoot as she could still remember being pregnant so clearly.
"Having just gone through the pregnancy, to get on the set, the whole movie is about being pregnant, the whole concept," she told Entertainment Tonight. "It was very fresh in my mind."
