The 24-year-old actress bonded so well with the veteran star on the set of their new movie `Passion Play` that she decided to create a permanent tribute to their friendship with an inking on her body.
She said: "I actually got a tattoo that is sort of in honour of him. It`s on my ribs. I don`t know if it`s been photographed yet, but it`ll come out eventually, I`m sure. I just love him very much and think he`s very special."
The brunette beauty also admitted she has begged the 57-year-old actor - who is in a relationship with Russian model Anastassija Makarenko - to start a family because she thinks he will make a wonderful parent.
She added to MTV News: "Mickey is such a beautiful, wonderful human being.
"He`s so genuine and so sweet and so talented. I just love him to death. I kept telling him that he needs to have kids, because I think he`s going to be an amazing dad. I hope he does that soon."
Megan - who is engaged to actor Brian Austin Green - has previously admitted she makes all her boyfriends get tattoos in tribute to her.
She said recently: "I have eight tattoos. All my boyfriends are required to have one and if they don`t have one yet, I make them get a tattoo of my name or my face."
