The reality TV star - who has more than 15 inkings on her body - feels some of the designs were a "mistake" and says she didn`t miss them when they had to be covered up for a recent movie role.
She said: "I`ve decided to get a few tattoos removed. Some still have special meaning, like the matching ones my brother Jack and I have of each other`s names, but I now feel like some were a mistake. They covered a few of them with make-up last week for a scene in my new film `Should`ve Been Romeo` - and I can`t say I missed them!
"I want to get rid of the keyboard on my forearm - I can`t even play the piano! And I don?t like the heart and bones on my wrist either."
Kelly has already consulted with medical experts and is looking forward to starting the removal process - though she admits she is dreading the procedures.
She added in her column for Closer magazine: "I met with my dermatologist and I`ll start the laser treatment as soon as I have time. It will take several months, and while I`m not looking forward to the pain, I?ve heard it hurts less than getting the tattoo. I hope so!"
The 25-year-old star has previously spoken about how her tattoos were a way of rebelling against her parents.
She said: "When I was younger I really do think that tattoos were my way of self-harming because I really knew it would upset my mum and dad. I was miserable and I just went and got all these tattoos and I don`t know why."
